Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Cyprus Postal Services with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by a different carrier please contact us and we will send an you an invoice to pay the difference in cost if any from the website carrier options. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

Once you receive your item you can return it and receive a full refund which however excludes shipping costs. Shipping costs for returned products will be arranged by customer under the below conditions:

• Product arrived safely without damage to the contents and it is fully functional but retirned for your own reasons
• Product is being returned by customer within 7 days after receiving item 
• The product has not been used by customer
• Product is returned in its initial condition as sent by Scubaholics Cyprus e-Shop

Once returned product is received by us we will inspect it to check that it has not been used,it is brand new as sent to customer and that it is fully functional with damage internally or exxternally. Then we will inform customer and make a refund of the full amount paid for the product excluding shipping.
