Enroll in Advanced Scuba Diver/Junior Advanced Scuba Diver to explore new dive sites and undertake exclusive activities under the supervision of o Instructor. This course allows individuals to learn about specialties and diving activities of particular interest.

During training, students complete a minimum of six open-water dives, including three separate dives for navigation, night or low visibility diving, and deep diving (130 feet/40 meters of maximum depth), plus three additional dives based on your individual preferences and available options.

Possible activities include:

  • Search and recovery
  • Boat diving
  • Light salvage
  • Exploration and underwater mapping
  • Wreck diving (non-penetration)
  • Observation and data collecting
  • Diving in surf or currents
  • Shore diving
  • Diving for photos and videos
  • Using dive computers

Course Contents:

  • All required theory and e-learning(choose from classroom at the dive center or study from home or both)
  • 6 dives at various dive spots
  • Certification Card Bundle (Digital and plastic where applicable)

Prerequisites:

  • Age: Minimum is 15 years by the water phase of the course. (Junior scuba diver certification for ages 10-14 years)
  • Certification/Experience/Knowledge. Certification as an Open Water Scuba Diver or the equivalent by a recognized diving agency(e.g. PADI,NAUI,SDI,SSI,DIVERAID,CMAS etc.) is required. The instructor is to ensure adequate student knowledge and capability before any open water training and shall use skill or other evaluations to do so. One open water dive (which does not count toward the minimum number of dives required for the course) may be used as a screening and evaluation dive. This is not required when the student’s diving proficiencies are well known to the instructor.
